Stage 1 – Weight

 

We decided to drive out to the local weigh station to get an idea (it’s not accurate) how much the civic weighs without the interior – full fluids.

950 Kg and for our american friends ~ 2,095 lbs.

The car is still too heavy. We’re going to have to find more ways to save weight. Don’t forget we will be adding a full cage which will add about 50 Kg (110lbs); turbo stuff which will add maybe 25 Kg; then we have to add our weight in…
