Fire Supression

After 2 friends cars catching on fire – both force induced I figure this was cheap insurance and better than having an extinguisher.

What I purchased is called “Firecharger” that is an Aqueos Film Forming Foam (AFFF).

The foam acts as a blanket source to smother and cool pooling hydrocarbon liquid while additionally acting as a vapor suppressant to aid in preventing re-ignition of the hazard area.

The only downside to this setup is that the container always needs to be checked to ensure the tank is not empty.

Let’s hope I never have to use this.
