Oil Pressure and Coolant Temp Revisted

PICT0229 (1)What maybe of interest is that the secondary water temperature readings shows about ten to fifteen degrees more than the factory sensors (based on hondata logs). This makes sense since the factory sensor is located on the block.

It’s important to note for tuning and also when under track conditions what the information means.

At the moment temperatures hover between ninety to ninety five degrees on the gauges and the computer sees under one ten. The fluidyne radiator is doing a great job even though it is a half radiator. I will still need to get the temperature down to around one hundred ninety five.

This is the current configuration for the oil sensor.  It’s an ugly setup. but it’s functional for now.
